This looks like a good recipe. I will try this today.

But a couple of steps seem to be missing.
1. What do I do with the "Fry the onion and capsicum for 4-5 minutes." part?
2. I don't think there is a step to add the chicken? :).
I am going to try the gravy part with some tandoori chicken that we have already made. Hope that works.

Hi James, i missed it somehow. Anyway adding it right now. Thanks for pointing out my missing steps. You need to add this fried onion, capsicum and chicken to the gravy. It is also a good idea of adding tandoori chicken to this gravy. I will definitely try your style once. Let me know how your chicken tikka masala came out.

Your chicken tikka is looking so so lip-smacking. I think here is some confusion in your recipe and can i use food cream in place of milk?

Hi Andy, Thanks a ton for your lovely Comment. I owe you an apology for this confusion and thank you for pointing out my mistake. I have already fixed the confusion. Oh yes you can definitely use food cream in place of milk, it will give you a great taste too. Here i have added the milk to reduce the richness of the food.
