How to Cook Vegetarian Fried Rice

I like cooking but always prefer cooking in very less time, I don’t like to spend hours in my kitchen. If you are vegetarian then try cooking this easy fried rice, it will take only 10 minutes. This vegetarian fried rice is easy to cook and it cooks really fast.

fried vegitableFried Rice Vegetarian Recipe Ingredient:

  • Basmati rice (1 cup)
  • Peas (1/4 cup)
  • Carrot (1 finely chopped)
  • Beans (3-4 chopped)
  • Cumin seeds (1tbsp)
  • Salt (as per taste)
  • Sugar (1 pinch)
  • Oil or ghee(2-3tbsp)
  • Cauliflower (1/2 cut into small pieces if you want)
  • Black pepper (4-5 seeds)
  • Cloves (4-5 seeds)
  • Cardamom (2)

Fried Rice Recipe Process:

  • Take a pressure cooker and add oil or ghee. When it becomes hot add sugar and stir it.
  • Add cumin seeds, cardamom, cloves, black pepper. When seeds crackle add the peas, Carrot, Beans and mix it well.
  • Then add the washed rice and salt as per taste.
  • Add 1 cup of water to it and give two whistles to the cooker.
  • Release all the pressure before opening the lid.
